You can request deletion of your TPT Cigar Log account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Choose the option below that works best for you.

If you still have the app installed, the fastest way is to delete your account directly from Settings:

1. Open the TPT Cigar Log app and sign in.
2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are removed immediately.

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, send us a deletion request by email. Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate it.

• Profile (display name, profile photo, and email address)
• Cigar reviews and tasting notes
• Humidor inventory and gift records
• Social posts, comments, likes, and follows
• Direct messages and conversations
• Notifications
• Authentication credentials and session tokens

Community-contributed cigar brands, manufacturers, and origins remain in the shared library so other users aren't affected, but they are disassociated from your account.

Your data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS and encrypted at rest. After deletion, your personal information is removed from our systems. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time before being permanently deleted. Anonymized analytics that can no longer be tied to you may be retained for product improvement.
